“I finally found a fix. I logged out, uninstalled the app, and then reinstalled it. After that, I logged back in using a guest account and I can play again. It seems like something was wrong with my original account. I confirmed this by installing the game on my Chromebook. I’m not sure of the exact cause, but at least I’m able to play now. I also want to stress that the Purrfect Tale support team has been extremely helpful—they’re honestly the best mobile game support team I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you!”
