Story Overview

The game follows the soul of a man who was once a legendary wizard. After his death, he traded his soul—lasting the first 10,000 years—to grant a wish: sending 80% of all sentient life (including all the other males) into another dimension. The bargain is completed… and he dies immediately afterward from a heart attack. With that, the world is left without men, and he spends thousands of years trapped in his own personal hell.

Eventually, he’s reborn on Earth in modern times. After a car accident—and after a great deal of experimentation by a gnomish friend from his past—his soul starts to awaken. As his consciousness jumps through time, he’s pulled in two directions: toward the people he grew up with in the modern era, and toward the people he begins to remember from before. He doesn’t know whether his next jump will be his last.

To make matters worse, the devil who made the original deal has set its sights on getting him back—no matter what it takes.

Now he must fight to protect those he loves, prevent humanity’s downfall, and outsmart a devil who wants to claim him permanently.
