Gameplay Strategies

• Woodfalls farming tip: Woodfalls can yield more wood than chopping a tree, but you’ll take fewer hits than either method. If you harvest by cutting a tree, you typically gain more experience and also receive fiber. In Farmer Island, Woodfalls are gathered mainly near the fox area—if you harvest at night, you may get attacked.



• Level up faster through crafting: Crafting gives a small amount of experience each time, and experience from different sources is treated equally. That means you can earn experience more quickly by crafting lots of items from wood planks since they’re cheap and craft quickly—especially helpful during early levels.
• Check your Inbox for rewards: Rewards are stored in your Inbox. If you don’t drag everything into your inventory, it will still be waiting for you. This is useful when you don’t have enough resources—like a Spark Plug without enough oil for your car, or items such as a Fishing Rod and Chair/Table/Painting before you’ve built a house.
