It’s especially important to get a premium vehicle early; otherwise you’ll be forced to crawl, and base relocation can take a long time without a good vehicle. You can build one, but that brings even more frustration while managing character needs during blueprint/material runs.

• Highly addictive: One player has been playing for years and says it’s still as engaging as it was in the first year. The biggest downside mentioned is the new safe-cracking system—they liked the old energy-based method, but now they have piles of unopened loot after the update. They want the original option back, or at least an easier version of the new system.

• Recommended for post-apocalyptic fans: Another reviewer rates it 10/10. They spent about $30 to get a vehicle (described as very good) and then didn’t spend more. They also mention grinding isn’t “two-day” grind and can be manageable because some towns are large. If you’re not ready to spend that amount, they suggest expecting a grind week just to transport items with a motorcycle.
