In Lacto Escape: Expanded, you play as Lacto as you attempt a tower escape to break a spreading curse. Each level throws a new mix of obstacles at you—rising physical growth alongside engaging puzzle challenges that keep you moving forward.

To survive the tower, you’ll need help from other characters. You’ll rely on your own milk to strengthen your abilities and to open up a growing library of steamy scenes and cinematic moments. The project is still in development, with additional puzzles and erotic story content planned to keep the experience fresh.

Changelog (Updates & Additions)

• ABS Combat System Added: Combat references are now present in-game. Use the 1 key or A to perform a basic attack. Key mapping is planned for a future update.



• Pregnancy System Added: When enabled, your character instantly becomes pregnant, then gradually grows over time. At 100% growth, labor begins. If you don’t reach a bed quickly, childbirth will occur “in the field” (penalties are planned/being worked on). After birth, your children will appear in the newly added fairy village. Talk to them occasionally to receive gifts.
• Weight Gain / Stuffing System: Food items can be found across the game. Eating them makes you fuller. If you allow digestion time, you gain XP and increase stomach capacity. Going beyond capacity results in losing one level of stomach capacity.
• Equippable Bras: You can now equip bras. Three types are currently available, with more planned for later builds.
• More Tower Content: Four new tower floors were added, each featuring its own puzzles, plus one additional rest floor.
• Portal Access in Rest Areas: Each rest area now includes a portal that takes you to the fairy village. The village unlocks new buildings and NPCs.
• Fairy Shopkeeper: Sell monster loot for gold and purchase adventuring supplies.
• Cowgirl Blacksmith: Bring materials you gather in the world to craft new weapons and bras.
• Hot Spring Location: Fairies and cowgirls can relax. Note: staying in the hot springs for an extended time increases milk production.
• Doctor NPC: Receive special potions that can increase or decrease bust size and help reduce milk production.
• Tavern Added: Buy food supplies and manage or recruit companions to support you while exploring the deep woods.
• New Companion: “Angus”—Complete a simple quest to befriend this minotaur. He’ll fight alongside you in the deep woods. Discover items Angus likes to increase his favor, unlocking new dialogue about his past and his life, along with new combat abilities.
• New Companion: “Elizibeth”—After talking to Elizibeth, recruit her to join you in the deep woods. She’s an armored cowgirl noble with a mission to escape the fairy queen’s tower.
• New Companion: “Sarah”—Rescue Sarah from the tower and recruit her for the deep woods. She’s a nun cursed by the same cowbell/lacto-affliction as Lacto, using her skills to help heal you out in the field.
• Deep Woods Expansion: A new area connected to the fairy village where you can freely fight monsters with your companion and gather resources for crafting. Monster battles increase your level, helping you handle tougher enemies inside the tower.

Player Notes

• Quick and fun, with a strong focus on breast expansion—described as a rare treat.



• Puzzles are entertaining without becoming frustratingly difficult.
• Contains nudity, breast expansion, and lactation, but there are no sex scenes.
