Neverness to Everness is an open-world action RPG where you step into the role of an anomaly hunter. You’ll join the team called Everness, roam a living open world, pick up quests, experience unfolding narratives, and dig into urban mysteries. As you play, you’ll also deepen relationships with your companions.

You can assemble four-person squads, mixing characters according to their class and illusion type for flexible team builds. During fights, you can reposition, swap characters on the fly, and take on different enemy types to earn valuable rewards that help you strengthen your character.

The game is set to receive regular updates and optimizations: bug fixes from earlier versions, plus new characters, storylines, and events. Expect ongoing improvements and more content as the world grows.

Gameplay

Neverness to Everness is a 3D action role-playing game with a third-person camera. You’ll control different characters as you travel through the open world and collect items along the way.

Movement & Stamina

• Your character can run, jump, sprint, climb, swim, and use vehicles to travel.
• Most special movement options (except sprinting) are limited by a stamina bar.
• When you keep using a movement mode, stamina gradually drains, then replenishes over time.

Team Switching & Combat Mechanics

• Fight with a team of up to 4 and switch characters mid-combat.
• Enjoy classic hack-and-slash actions such as basic dodges, perfect dodges, and parries.
• Each character comes with unique Esper Abilities that can synergize with other teammates.

Esper Types & Classes

• Esper types are grouped into: Lakshana, Cosmos, Anima, Incantation, Chaos, and Psyche.
• Class types are grouped into: gas, solid, liquid, plasma, and synthesis.

• The game includes vehicle customization and upgrading, letting you improve how you travel and prepare for exploration.

Useful Tips

Don’t Overthink Your Main Character Choice

Early on, you choose your main character’s gender, which may feel like a permanent decision. The good news: you can change genders later with a cooldown. So you don’t need to stress too much about this upfront.

Instead, focus on learning the game’s systems. In the long run, your progress, team setup, and resource management will matter far more than which version of the main character you started with.

Push the Main Story First

At the beginning, try to advance the story as quickly and as far as possible. The main storyline unlocks and explains the major systems, key features, and progression paths you’ll rely on later.

Eventually, you’ll encounter level gates that require raising your Hunter Level. When that happens, shift to side activities to catch up—but return to the main story whenever you can. Treat it as your progression foundation, not something to ignore for too long. You’ll also unlock daily activities fairly early.

Raise Hunter Level Efficiently

Hunter Level (your account level) is one of the most important progression metrics. You earn experience from many sources, including quests, exploration, daily tasks, and stamina usage.

If the story blocks you, focus on activities that provide consistent XP—like side quests and daily objectives. Efficient leveling helps you unlock more features sooner and keeps your progression smoother. Whenever possible, stack multiple activities instead of grinding a single source inefficiently.

Manage Pixel Stamina

Pixels are your primary stamina resource for farming materials. Since they regenerate over time, avoid letting them fully cap—plan your farming so you keep stamina flowing effectively.
