In NTRaholic, you play out a twisted situation built around an obsession with your neighbor’s wife. To break up the couple, you strike a bargain with the demon Lilith. With Lilith’s supernatural influence, you draw Shota into surrendering to his urges—then you guide events so Chiho betrays her boyfriend and slips into increasingly intimate situations, unlocking a variety of bold, close-up animations along the way.

The game also includes multiple branching storylines. As you steer Chiho and her partner discovers what’s really driving their actions, the plot gains extra tension and replay value.

Story of NTRaholic

Two years ago, Chiho and her high-school sweetheart decided to marry. They sealed their feelings with a vow and spent every day together, cherishing their bond and making the time pass in easy happiness—at least, that’s how it looked.

Then the trouble came. One day, a letter arrived: the rent was going up. They realized they needed a new place to live. Luckily, your father—at the very end—left behind two apartments next to each other: one for them, and one for your livelihood.

As fate would have it, the young couple found your listing and moved in. The moment you saw the young wife, you couldn’t believe what you were looking at—an impressive chest, thick hips, and a shy, innocent smile. How could a loser like Shota possibly end up with someone that stunning?

You made a plan. You would do what you’ve done before with beautiful tenants—you’d make sure there was plenty of “fun.”

But turning genuine love into something corrupted isn’t easy—even for someone like you. So you needed “outside help.” Fortunately, like any bad landlord, you had a connection to the devil: Lilith.

Lilith had been watching Chiho for a while, bored by her innocence. She offered you a deal: she would lend you some of her erotic power so you could break Chiho. Of course, no devil offers a free meal. In return for the powers, you get 90 days to turn this sweet housewife into someone obsessed with affairs—or you lose everything, including your soul.
