The Family’s Curse is a player-driven casual game where you step into the role of the MC living with your stepfather and your brother. Trapped in the routine of a conservative town, you’ll need to make smart choices during everyday interactions and dialogue options. Your decisions influence each character’s growing wants while also managing how suspicious they become.

As you progress, you’ll unlock closer, more intimate interactions—along with a variety of exciting intimate scenes. The game also includes a gallery and a hint system. Just tap a character’s image to get targeted hints, making decisions easier and letting you revisit and enjoy scenes with your favorite characters.

Gameplay Mechanics

Lust

Lust helps unlock additional actions that move you toward the “good” endings. If you take actions that involve a character without meeting the required Lust conditions, you’ll trigger increased suspicion and reduced affection.

Checkpoint note: Usually, checkpoints are tied to the Lust thresholds required for further progress.

Affection / Manners

Affection/Manners affects ALL sex scenes. It influences how characters treat you—ranging from affectionate love-making to harsher, hostile outcomes. Scene behavior shifts dynamically based on your current values.

Suspicion

Suspicion is a key danger meter. When it reaches maximum, you’ll be pushed toward the bad endings.

Important notes:

• Affection affects suspicion gain: with around 45 affection, you’ll rarely gain suspicion. With only 1 affection, suspicion can rise drastically—especially if that character already hates you.
• Lower suspicion with drinks: you can reduce suspicion for some characters by sharing beers with them.
• Daily passive suspicion: if you’ve already unlocked sex with a character, they may contribute to passive suspicion gain each day.

Strike

Strike works similarly to suspicion, but it’s exclusive to the bully character.

• You gain more by disobeying him.
• You lose Strike by following his orders.
