NTR Isekai Introduction
NTR Isekai Hit by a bus and reborn in a fantasy world, you get stuck in a time loop. Choose wisely, build bonds with memorable characters, uncover the truth, and unlock enticing animated scenes as updates add more content.
NTR Isekai
In NTR Isekai, you’re carried into a fantasy world after a bus accident—dying in the rain—and waking up in an entirely new life. After you turn 18, you become trapped in a time loop, reliving key moments and meeting a cast of characters who react to you in different ways.
Use the loop to make the right choices, win the hearts of the girls, deepen your conversations on dates, and unlock seductive animated scenes. As the story progresses, you’ll gradually uncover the truth behind your time travel and why the loop keeps restarting.

Once you learn what’s really going on, can you still keep the girls who care about you safe?
Note: The game is currently in continuous updates. Expect additional girls, brand-new maps, and more intimate animations as development continues. Stay tuned.
Key Characters
- Elf Librarian: Gentle, curious, and dangerously easy to grow attached to.
- Goblin Waitress: Bold, playful, and sharp enough to notice more than she should.
- Guild Secretary: Charming on the surface, but with a more calculating side underneath.
- Guildmaster: Powerful, intimidating, and never as predictable as you’d expect.

Monster-Filled City
Around them lies a city packed with monsters, bandits, nobles, and countless secrets—each one responding to how you choose to play your days.
Features
Character Interaction & Story Progression

- Form deeper interactions with characters drawn from different games and anime-style stories.
- As the protagonist, your choices shape the direction of the plot.
- Different actions lead to different reactions, creating a range of distinct narrative outcomes.
Shifting Relationships
- Meet characters with layered emotional histories.
- As you advance, connections with them can change—moving from trust to betrayal, and from love to jealousy.
- This adds a more interactive, decision-driven experience rather than fixed scenes.
Infinite Reincarnation Loop
The heart of the game is a hero stuck in a repeating time cycle, forced to relive their isekai journey until they find the source of the curse.
Audience-Focused Design
If you enjoy choice-driven storytelling and the “stuck in a strange world” vibe, the game rewards patience with secrets. Seemingly small moments can connect to the bigger existential stakes.
Branching Moral Dilemmas
- Your decisions ripple across timelines.
- Relationships can shift, hidden lore can surface, and outcomes can change dramatically.
- These choices challenge your assumptions about destiny and free will.

Changelog

Important: If you started your progress in an early version (0.0.8) and hit a bug where the map button doesn’t appear after the intro, you’ll need to replay the intro in version 0.0.9.
Player Comments
- The UI is possibly the best I’ve seen from an AVN. It’s genuinely impressive. The game’s concept is very engaging and fun. The characters may feel a bit one-dimensional at the moment, but there are definitely some interesting ones—and they could be fleshed out as development continues.
- The AI images look very good, even if I’m not personally a fan of the AI videos. Also, the game has a lot of potential, but paywalls are currently wasting it. I got excited to learn a character would join an adventurers guild and that there would be a ranking system—quests, problem-solving, failure or success, and progression unlocking more quests and gear/abilities. But then the guild quest board is almost completely restricted (except for a single quest that can’t really be completed successfully for other players). Disappointing, though at least the sandbox content outside the quest board doesn’t seem paywalled.
- Update 0.0.9: I hope you enjoyed those paywalls for the adventurer’s guild, because the first one has now appeared in a sandbox storyline as well. This feels like a bad sign for what might come next.
- It seems the developer added the paywall structure after an early leak of the first version. I know complaining will likely only make them dig in further—but if the dev happens to read this: your game will be better without paywalls. And if you feel you must include them, consider removing them once the game is finished. In most cases, people don’t like paywalls—whether they’re behind them or even paying to get past them.
- Good game! I really enjoyed the atmosphere, mechanics, and overall vibe—it’s obvious a lot of care went into it. The core experience is solid.
