Story

You take the role of a young Dryad from an ancient people whose roots trace back to The Aos Sí—the first children and worshippers of Nature. Nature is treated as an ever-present force responsible for the creation of all living things.

In the present day, your duty is to protect the life cycle and stop the corruption that was sealed away by your ancestors long ago—at an enormous cost of blood, effort, and even losing land that had already become too tainted to save.

To carry out this harsh responsibility and keep the rest of the world from demon-like decay, Dryads draw their power directly from Nature. While other, more primitive races may use life essence (often referred to in-game as semen) to push the simplest directive of Nature—spreading and propagating—a Dryad uses her body to channel the energy stored within that potent substance for far more practical purposes. Depending on your skill level, that can range from improving basic vitality to performing advanced sorcery comparable to demigods.

So the question is simple: will you become the hero this world needs, or will you fall to corruption and join the very ranks you were meant to oppose?
