Update: today I received the cashback, and earlier i got call from their support team who promised to handle my complaint below and improve the process. I updated my rating accordingly , will continue using the app and I wish them continuious improvement. -------------- First review: Time to confirm the pending cashback is too long, let alone the infrequent fixed periods to cash out. I have transactions from December 22 not confirmed till 11 march 23.

Update: The customer service contacted me and solve the problem. The cashback process is declined, and the reason is " the card used in payment was not added. ".. Despite it being already added. The cashback process takes too long to be approved or declined
