How do I cancel auto-renewal?

Important: Uninstalling the app won’t automatically cancel your subscription. To cancel properly, follow these steps before removing the app:

• Log into your account on the website.
• Move your cursor over your avatar (the round icon in the upper-right corner).
• Select Manage Subscription.
• Tap Manage.
• Choose Cancel auto-renewal.
• Select Unsubscribe.

After you cancel auto-renewal, your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. The Cancel auto-renewal button will disappear, but you’ll still be able to see the expiration date.

How do I activate a promo code?

1. Log into your account on the website:
   • Go to bookmate.com
   • Click or tap Log In in the top-right corner

   

   • Select a login option: Email, Facebook, Twitter, or Google

3. Enter your promo code and click or tap Activate promo code
4. Enter payment details if required. Bookmate only requests payment information when the promo terms and conditions indicate it’s necessary.
