Start a New Workout Assignment
If you’re not fully satisfied with the workouts Liftoff suggests, you can create your own plan. Open Generate New Workout, then choose the muscle group you want to train. The app will offer options such as:

- Rear Delt 18%
- Triceps 4%
The new exercise list shows each movement along with its intensity level and the number of repetitions. You can also adjust:

Track Your Workout Progress
With 300+ graded and ranked exercises, Liftoff helps you understand where you stand using tiers such as Gold and Silver. Your ranking is shown globally and regionally as accurately as possible.
Example: you might see Gold III, with 13278 globally and 4359 regionally. This makes it easier to compare your progress against the broader training community.
Liftoff also provides a GSR Over Time chart so you can view how your ranking changes. By checking the graph, you can spot training trends early and stay consistent for the long run.
Manage Your Diet
Liftoff includes an easy, science-based approach to tracking daily calories and diet goals. In the Nutrition area, you’ll see your daily calorie target—covering both:
- Calories from the foods you eat
- Calories burned after exercise
In seconds, the app calculates how many calories you still need to balance your diet. Add meals by tapping Add Meal, then either select items from the food database or use a barcode scanner. You can also customize your macro targets, including Calories, Protein, Carbs, and Fat.
