You can get behind the wheel of stylish luxury vehicles from well-known brands, race across a wide mix of tracks and surfaces, and prove your driving skills by taking on rivals, building your reputation, and unlocking new cars, events, and challenges. The end goal is clear: become a world-class driver.

The game is built around an extremely flexible modification system. With over 1,000,000 possible combinations, you can tune your car’s parts to improve how it looks and how it handles. Updates keep the experience fresh by adding more vehicles and gameplay elements while continuously optimizing performance for smoother races.

Story Setup

The story begins in Blackridge, where you’re dropped into a street-racing moment against Marcus King, leader of the Blackridge Royals crew. Your ride is an SRT Viper GTS.

• You meet Marcus at the start line for a race. He’s spotted in a Koenigsegg CCX, while two other crew members run a BMW M4 “Razor” and a Subaru BRZ.

• After you beat Marcus to the finish, he tells you to earn your name on the streets before you go toe-to-toe with him again.

• A police helicopter appears. Sirens grow louder, and multiple police vehicles move in as Marcus admits he doesn’t want you—or the Viper—out on the streets.

• Marcus and his crew leave you behind with the Viper, forcing you to dodge the rapidly increasing police presence.

• Kim warns you that cops are closing in, and you speed off while being chased.

• You escape the pursuit and return to the garage the car came from. Kim reveals she owns the Viper and explains she knew Marcus wanted to remove her from Blackridge’s street scene.

• Grateful you got the car back and survived the police attention, Kim offers to let you drive for her. She provides blueprints for a Subaru BRZ, but you must prove yourself first before taking on the Royals.

• In return, Kim sponsors you by getting you into events, asking only that she uses your growing reputation to expand her car enhancement business.

Need for Speed No Limits features real licensed vehicles from brands like Bugatti, Lamborghini, and McLaren. Since these are authentic models, you can better recognize driving behavior and design details. Collecting and testing different cars helps you progress and adds variety to your races.

Underground reputation, cops, and Crews

Race against local crews, build reputation through 1,000+ races, and push back against the police as you try to stay ahead. Multiplayer-style fun comes from event challenges and cooperative Crew missions, expanding what you can do beyond daily objectives. As you level up, the competition gets tougher and police pressure increases—step by step.

Gameplay Tips

• Grow your Garage: With more tuned cars, you can enter a wider range of Car Series events to earn Reputation (Rep) and better prizes.

• Drive smoothly: Use smaller steering adjustments to stay faster through corners.

• Find the Material you need: You can jump straight into a race that rewards a specific Material. Look for it at the bottom of the Equip Material screen in your garage.

  

• Earn extra cash through Player Actions: Bonuses can come from actions like Near Miss, going Airborne, and Drifting during races.

• Collect your free Crates: Crates are a strong source of Parts, Blueprints, and Materials. Make sure you return each day to grab every free crate.

• Use Nitro on straightaways: Save Nitro for straight sections to maximize continuous speed boosts.

• Join Tournament events: Compete in Tournaments to win exclusive items and cars from the Tournament Market.
