Stella Sora is an action role-playing game with a striking anime art style. It mixes fast-paced combat with adventure-focused exploration, all wrapped in an Eastern mythology-inspired fantasy world. In this story, you step into the shoes of a tyrant and immerse yourself in a vibrant realm filled with danger and discovery.

Throughout your journey, you’ll form lasting connections with a cast of charming girls, build the ideal team, and take part in a one-of-a-kind adventure. Once your party is assembled, tougher challenges await—push through magical levels, overcome new threats, and collect memorable moments along the way.

Gameplay

Compared with many modern titles, Stella Sora introduces a relatively fresh take on gameplay. You create a team of up to three Trekkers and set out to “climb the tower” at the Monoliths.

With a wide roster of Trekkers available, you can arrange your squad into many different formations to suit your playstyle. On top of that, every time you complete a level, you can pick up random perks, adding variety and making each run feel more exciting.

While exploring the Monoliths is a major draw, the game also features many other events and plenty of engaging interactions with your charming, anime-styled Trekker companions.

Team Composition and Roles

Stella Sora includes a large number of female Trekkers, each with a beautiful anime look and an eye-catching, attractive presentation. They’re sorted into different classes such as Support, Vanguard, and Versatile. In each match, they fulfill distinct roles—and some can be combined to form stronger team setups.

However, your squad is limited to three members. That makes selecting characters whose roles complement each other especially important. A typical setup is a tank, a DPS, and a support—a common approach in action RPGs. Of course, if you prefer going all-in on damage, a full-DPS team is still a viable option.

Each Trekker brings two different skill sets depending on their role, creating nearly limitless combinations and enabling a wide range of battle styles. Adjust roles and skills, experiment often, and develop your own strategies to handle every challenge.

Beyond story mode, new trials open up. Use records from previous Monolith runs to jump into different gameplay modes—ranging from tough duels with top Trekkers to bullet-hell-style encounters and endless battles.
