Elona Mobile is a role-playing game with Roguelike elements. After a shipwreck leaves you stranded, you’re thrust into the hazardous world of North Tyris. Your journey begins with your own choices: pick from 11 races and 10 classes, then decide how you want to live—risk it all in dangerous dungeons or take a quieter path as a farmer or fisherman.

When you venture into dungeons, you’ll need to play smart. Combine different gear, improve your skills, and develop your abilities to stand a chance against threatening monsters and earn valuable rewards. Since it’s Roguelike, the enemies and loot you find are randomized, and you may stumble upon hidden treasures that keep every run feeling fresh.

Gameplay

Introduction

You start after a violent storm sinks the boat you were on. You learn that you were trying to escape Etherwind, an unusual weather phenomenon that triggers mutations. This strange land becomes your starting point—what you do next is entirely up to you.

Elona Mobile: Beggar Cave

The cave you shelter in is more than just a temporary hideout—it becomes your customizable home. The NPCs you meet early on will gradually move out as your progress advances.

Because the game’s systems can be complex, it’s worth reading any instructions you come across so you don’t end up confused or stuck later. Before leaving, take time to learn how to use the controls available to you—at first they may seem unclear, but you’ll get used to them quickly.

Before you use the green exit arrows to leave the area, be sure to gather anything you can. You’ll want every bit of help for what comes next.

North Tyris (World Map)

Once you finish the home tutorial, you can shape your future in the world of Elona. Like any RPG, you’ll need to follow core systems such as carrying a weapon, leveling up to improve your stats, and growing your skills.

After leaving home, you enter North Tyris. Your first guidance points you to Vernis, which serves as your official starting location.

The World Map must be navigated manually, and it contains many areas you’ll need to pass through. Travel cautiously in North Tyris—it's not always safe, and sometimes encounters can feel as intense as dungeon fights. Frequent weather changes and repeated ambushes by high-level monsters and bandits can make things unpredictable, and you can’t always avoid them.

Strategy Tips

• Don’t start as an advanced race. They’re labeled that way for a reason—begin with a more basic race, then switch later once you understand how the game works.
• BR is misleading. It often goes up even when you equip worse items—don’t treat BR as a reliable indicator of strength.
• Your level matters less than your growth. Your character level isn’t the main factor; focus on improving skills and stats.
• Read your equipment. Don’t pick gear purely by rarity or color—check what it actually does.



• Commit to a play style. Choose a direction and keep your focus on it.
