Neverness To Everness Introduction
Neverness To Everness Step into the living metropolis of Hethereau in Neverness To Everness, an open-world RPG. Explore districts, meet unique NPCs, and use combat, stealth, and dialogue to shape quests and endings.
Neverness To Everness
Neverness To Everness is an open-world role-playing game set in a bustling metropolis. As you travel through different parts of the city, you’ll meet a wide range of characters and get pulled into all kinds of incidents, crises, and side situations. To finish quests and commissions—and claim the rewards that come with them—you’ll need more than brute force. You’ll also rely on combat, stealth, and social approaches.
Just like any good RPG, your story isn’t fixed. The plot of Neverness To Everness responds to what you do. Make different choices and you’ll unlock different branches and different endings. The big question remains: can you secure a happy ending for this city?
Gameplay Overview

The core idea of Neverness to Everness is simple: immerse yourself in an urban setting full of people, tension, and living complexity. Hethereau isn’t just a backdrop—it’s a city with a pulse. Towering skyscrapers, hidden back alleys, and crowded markets all contribute to a world that feels alive and full of history.
While you move through the “concrete jungle,” you’ll continually run into NPCs, each with their own connections, objectives, and quests. These individual threads gradually tie into the larger narrative, helping the city feel interconnected rather than segmented.
What makes the game stand out is its focus on delivering a believable city experience. Hethereau is split into several districts, and each one has its own identity—different architecture, cultural influence, and social behavior. You might start in the bright, high-rise atmosphere of the Skyline Towers, only to end up in the harsh, neon-soaked streets of the Neon Gutter. With environments that vary this much, exploration stays fresh and unpredictable.
On top of exploration, the gameplay is flexible and active. You can take on everything from corporate espionage to tense street-level fights, and even solve puzzle challenges tucked away in the city’s striking locations. RPG systems are built into everything, letting you grow your character in multiple directions depending on how you play.
Whether you prefer to optimize for combat, stealth, technical problem-solving, or social manipulation, the game supports a wide range of playstyles through deep customization.

Combat & Progression Strategies
- Switch Characters Regularly: Each character has their own attack chain, skills, and burst. Swapping often helps keep combos going and builds energy faster.
- Get Comfortable With Movement: Everyone can double jump. You also have three dashes, but you can’t dash while you’re in mid-air. If you need extra control, try the glider. Dashes recharge over time, and sprinting has no limit—stay on the move.
- Lock On Before Dodging: Lock onto your opponent first, then attempt a perfect dodge. It improves your focus and makes your timing more consistent.
- Perfect Dodge Timing Matters: Don’t spam dodges. When you dodge at the right moment, you trigger a perfect dodge.
- Watch the Stun Meter: The small white bar under the enemy’s health is crucial. Perfect dodges boost it much faster than standard attacks. When the meter fills, the enemy gets stunned.
- Chain Dodges With Attacks: Perfect dodges aren’t meant to be used once. Combine them with skills and regular attacks to keep raising the stun meter.
- Match Crescents to Your Element: Equip crescents aligned with your character’s element to trigger the basic bonuses.
- Complete Tetris Sets: Use Tetris blocks to finish 2-piece or 4-piece collections. Completing sets unlocks powerful Sonata Effects.
- 2-Piece Set Bonus Example: Get meaningful early power boosts such as +10% light-based damage.

Player Impressions
CBT V2 Player Comment: “I actually played CBT V2 and cleared everything it had to offer, and I can honestly say it’s my most anticipated gacha game by far. I play multiple gacha titles (HSR, ZZZ, GFL2, BA, Wuwa), but this is the one I genuinely wish I could spend more time with. From the UE5 v…”
